Transactional
The firm has a very active transactional practice including commercial real estate transactions, residential real estate development transactions, general business and commercial transactions, and individual real estate transactions. Our attorneys and paralegals routinely deal with commercial acquisitions and sales including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family projects, affordable-housing and retail. Other matters deal with the acquisition, development, and marketing of residential and commercial subdivisions.
All of the attorneys deal with the routine issues associated with these commercial transactions, including business formation, leasing and financing transactions.
Commercial Litigation
The firm has an active commercial and real estate litigation practice. The firm has successfully handled a number of prominent judicial appeals of local land use decisions. The firm handles litigation relating to the commercial and real estate affairs of its clients including contract enforcement, employment, licensing, condemnation, and transportation/access issues. Additionally, the firm litigates real estate title and boundary disputes for title companies and individuals.
