Michael Spink has a commercial law, construction law, and real estate practice that includes business formation, transactions and litigation. His typical clients include real estate agencies, title insurance companies, builders, developers, small business owners, and owners of real property. He has significant experience in business formation, sales and acquisitions, commercial lending, land use litigation, creditor rights and administrative law. His litigation practice includes contract disputes, title disputes, boundary disputes, easements and business dissolution.
